Time: 11 AM PDT / 2 PM EDT
Quality Managers are under increasing pressure to deliver the highest level of consistency, quality, and food safety that their customers have come to expect. As the global supply chain increases in complexity, a single disruption can significantly impact an organization and cause substantial risk to consumer health.
With the level of demand and the constant competition for resources, adopting systems and programs that can deliver the greatest value, improve quality, and reduce daily workloads will be paramount as the industry moves forward.
For many organizations, the supply chain remains a “black hole,” with limited visibility of the risks and prioritized resources needed. The FDA’s New Era of Smarter Food Safety encourages quality managers to test and implement new technologies that can dramatically improve their programs. With these new insights, quality managers can take control of their cold chains and drive positive results.
During this webinar, participants will learn:
- How the New Era of Smarter Food Safety is providing a framework to implement new and exciting technologies
- How these technologies are enabling quality teams to gain complete visibility and insights into their supply chains
- How real-time temperature monitoring is improving food safety today
- How to get stakeholder buy-in to make the most out of these insights
